Deployment Strategist

About the Company

Clarion is an AI-driven healthcare company solving capacity issues in medical clinics. Our AI agents handle the patient journey from end-to-end, including scheduling, referrals, and prescription refills, allowing medical staff to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live
• Lead discovery sessions, collect clinic workflows, and build project plans
• Configure the Clarion platform, including assistant settings and telephony routing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading kickoff calls and weekly syncs
• Coordinate UAT and manage production cutovers
• Manage accounts post-launch through QBRs and issue triage
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in complex software implementations or technical onboarding in B2B SaaS
• Semi-technical fluency with APIs and configuration interfaces
• Proven track record of managing multi-workstream projects and cross-functional resources
• Strong customer-facing presence and ability to build stakeholder relationships
• High bias toward action and ability to execute tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or clinical operations
• Experience building or documenting repeatable implementation playbooks
