Deployment Strategist

About the Company

Bretton runs AI-native operations for the financial back office. OCC, Fed and FDIC regulated banks use Bretton AI to run compliance, risk, fraud, and operations on one platform, on their own data and policies, with every output traced, cited, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Bretton AI’s agents in highly regulated banking environments
• Develop and execute custom implementation plans, workflow integrations, and training sessions for new enterprise clients
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand enterprise contracts by identifying new use cases
• Present results, insights, and proposals to audiences ranging from technical analysts to C-suite banking executives
• Act as a critical feedback loop for product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into platform improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B, customer-facing technical role (AI deployment, product management, or strategy consulting)
• Proven experience working with highly regulated industries, particularly banking or financial services
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, R, or SQL
• Previous experience at a startup scaling customer deployments
• Background in compliance, risk management, or financial services operations
• Experience building executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders
