Deployment Strategist

About the Company

Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating the documentation, discovery, and decision-making that powers $400B+ in services work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customer teams to understand implementation methodologies, pain points, and critical deliverables
• Configure and customize Auctor's AI agents to match customer workflows and artifact requirements
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure team productivity
• Identify opportunities to expand Auctor's value across new project types and use cases
• Work with engineering to translate field insights into product improvements
• Build and deliver demos to prospective customers
• Document best practices and create scalable deployment playbooks
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from consultants to C-suite executives
• Travel to customer sites and industry conferences

Requirements

• 2-10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with technical concepts, data, APIs, and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Direct experience running or supporting enterprise software implementations
• Background in requirements gathering, business analysis, or solutions architecture
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment
