Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and guide technical deployment projects for mid-market and enterprise segments
- Explore and document product functionality across the web application and API
- Develop and refine deployment best practices
- Improve internal efficiencies and the overall customer experience during deployment
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to get customers live
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product organization to drive the product roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service
- Experience working with APIs and integrations
- Ability to dig into data and parse code or write SQL to unblock technical tasks
- Experience in implementation management, consulting, or SaaS/AI is preferred
- Strong ability to manage projects and communicate with executive and technical stakeholders

- Experience in implementation management or consulting
- Background in SaaS or AI industries
