Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise clients, managing the lifecycle from commercial brief to steady-state adoption
• Act as the primary point of contact for client operational and technical stakeholders to drive relationship growth
• Define and run deployment cadences, including kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, steering committees, and user training
• Work with customers to identify and map AI use cases, helping them define an agentic future state for core processes
• Design testing and evaluation frameworks to prove deployment success and business value realization
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform improvements and prioritized requests
• Build and refine deployment playbooks, templates, and standards to scale the function

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, program management, or a similar role coordinating technical delivery
• Strong understanding of modern AI building blocks, including LLMs, agents, evals, RAG, and orchestration
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Exceptional ownership mindset with the ability to drive complex programs in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Ability to communicate clearly and connect dots between technical capabilities and business outcomes
• Willingness to work onsite with customers across the UAE and the wider region

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to agentic systems, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience in engineering management or technical product management
