About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise discovery to map workflows, systems, and data to identify automation opportunities
- Design technical solutions and manage the end-to-end implementation process from kickoff to go-live
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and customers to resolve technical blockers and manage expectations
- Own post-go-live adoption to ensure customers realize projected value and successfully hand off to CSMs
Requirements
- Experience leading complex implementations and designing technical solutions in ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with healthcare operational constraints and industry-specific decision-making
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare EMR, HRIS, or scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, ADP)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA or HITRUST
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data ETL processes
