Deployment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build systems and documentation to manage consigned inventory for subcontractor electricians
• Define accountability processes and audit mechanisms to track and reconcile subcontractor-held inventory
• Coordinate warehouse staging activities for subcontractor material pick-up and return
• Establish, manage, and coordinate stocking and replenishment for all Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs
• Own VMI kickoff for all new market launches in coordination with the warehouse standup team
• Transition inventory processes from hands-on coordination to standardized, automated workflows
• Define and document requirements for integration with internal systems

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, industrial engineering, or inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage VMI or consignment programs from scratch
• Experience working in or alongside field operations teams such as construction or utilities
• Comfort with ERP or WMS platforms
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive decisions from data insights
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
