Deployment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Capture warehousing and logistics key metrics including cost per install, cost per transfer, and cost per location
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to develop and maintain business processes surrounding deployed hardware
• Collaborate on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate inventory and transaction capture
• Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis and present evidence-based recommendations
• Own process documentation for active and newly launched markets to ensure operational consistency
• Develop models and financial analysis to support build vs. buy decisions and contract evaluations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations analytics, strategy, or supply chain
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience defining and tracking operational KPIs and building dashboards in BI tools
• SQL proficiency for independent data manipulation
• Ability to translate operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is a strong plus
