Deployment Manager

About the Company

Monumental is automating on-site construction with robotics and software. Our mission is to make construction software-defined and autonomous, building the whole stack in-house from hardware to software.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment logistics, including robot and human resource allocation and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee, manage, and motivate teams on-site while liaising with general contractors and stakeholders
• Build operational systems to improve efficiency, processes, and margins
• Drive growth of new construction projects and manage existing customer relationships
• Own the P&L of deployments and propose ways to improve unit economics
• Support hiring and interviewing for robot and deployment operators

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience (startup founder, GM, operations, strategy, or business development)
• Native Dutch speaker
• Excellent communication skills across diverse personas
• Strong bias-to-action and execution-oriented mentality
• Ability to thrive in high-stress, high-stakes environments
• Experience leading and motivating small teams
• Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work on construction sites
