Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the full deployment lifecycle including scoping, data integration, configuration, validation, QA, and go-live at enterprise health systems
• Manage complex stakeholder environments across CFOs, data teams, IT, and clinical operations
• Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers, product, and engineering to drive technical workstreams and unblock integration challenges
• Build client trust in both deterministic and AI-generated outputs through clear communication and validation processes
• Create project structure, drive accountability, and escalate proactively
• Capture learnings to create reusable playbooks, integration templates, and product feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years in a deployment, implementation, or forward-deployed role at an enterprise software company
• Proven track record owning enterprise client relationships in technically complex environments
• Strong project execution instincts and ability to create structure in ambiguity
• Technical credibility with the ability to discuss data, integrations, and systems fluently
• Clear, direct communication skills for presenting to both executives and engineers
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly and operate independently in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare domain knowledge in revenue cycle, financial operations, or payer dynamics
• Experience deploying AI or analytics products
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems such as EHR or ERP
• Background in high-growth startups or early-stage environments
