Deployment Engineer, Network

Responsibilities

• Design performant and resilient wired and wireless networks using in-house tooling
• Lead technical network decisions during design and deployment phases through to validation
• Troubleshoot and support critical devices and network functionality during network turn-up
• Visit complex customer sites to support on-site installation and validation
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product Engineering to improve deployment products

Requirements

• Experience translating customer requirements into network designs
• Ability to support network turn-up and validation processes
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site installation support
