About the role
Responsibilities
- Design performant and resilient wired and wireless networks using in-house tooling
- Lead technical network decisions during design and deployment phases through to validation
- Troubleshoot and support critical devices and network functionality during network turn-up
- Support on-site installation and validation at complex customer sites as needed
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product Engineering to improve deployment products
