Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployments from design to implementation and rollout
- Map customer workflows and measure success through iteration
- Co-build with customers to turn real-world processes into automated workflows
- Surface patterns across customers to inform product and engineering roadmaps
- Bridge the gap between technical engineering and go-to-market sales teams
Requirements
- Coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages
- Strong grasp of APIs, databases, and web app architecture
- Experience engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions
- Ability to learn new technologies like Next.js, Hasura, and Postgres quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex systems under pressure
