Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes
• Tune prompts and models to enable the right AI performance for clients
• Build custom modules to enable successful customer go-lives
• Design and present tailored demos based on customer and business needs
• Develop implementation scoping documents for each customer
• Build integrations to transaction systems like revenue, billing, and accounts payable
• Conduct customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls
• Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
• Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software in production environments
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in forward deploy engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solution engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Computer Science preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interfacing
• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, or Python
• Proven experience collaborating with Account Executives for Enterprise technical sales
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment
