Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy complex robotic order fulfillment solutions at customer sites, including hardware, software, and server infrastructure installation
• Create and configure SLAM-based maps of warehouse fulfillment centers using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Manage onsite customer relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with infrastructure setup, robot and software configuration, and initial system deployment
• Provide on-site customer support following system installation to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1+ years of experience working with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
• Experience deploying warehouse software or logistics systems
• Proficiency in Linux or Unix systems, ROS (Robot Operating System), and SLAM-based navigation
• Familiarity with warehouse/fulfillment center mapping
• Technical knowledge of IT or complex professional systems deployment
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs
• Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Valid passport and ability to travel up to 90% across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
