Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support engineering with deployment and development, serving as an on-site representative
• Develop testing plans and procedures for customer sites, prioritizing roadmaps and development goals
• Execute testing at customer sites, including tracking and analyzing data collections and debugging as necessary
• Ensure testing goals are achieved while maintaining and exceeding customer performance expectations
• Collect and analyze testing data to improve software and hardware performance
• Communicate technical feedback clearly to the engineering team

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration, deployment, and development
• Engineering degree
• Experience transitioning products from design to pilot and commercialization
• Proficiency with Linux and Python or other coding languages
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with project management software such as Confluence and Jira
• Willingness to travel frequently between HQ and customer sites
• Excellent judgment and execution in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software validation
