Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical gatekeeper for hardware and layout configurations, defining and enforcing deployment requirements
• Determine, document, and maintain strict review criteria for incoming site surveys
• Analyze field data and install outcomes using SQL and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
• Build internal dashboards using Python, JavaScript, or Retool to provide real-time visibility into the site survey pipeline
• Partner with Field Operations, Hardware Engineering, and Software teams to translate physical pain points into engineering solutions
• Design and maintain internal tools and automated workflows to scale site survey reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in deployment engineering, field operations, data science, or systems engineering
• Proven track record of building internal tools or scalable operational processes
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data auditing and analysis
• Experience evaluating physical infrastructure or managing hardware configurations
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Retool, or Grafana
