Deployed Systems Engineer

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a high-growth team that recently raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed and have tripled our ARR this year.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-prem lifecycle including Helm charts, upgrades, weekly release trains, and rollback paths
• Drive chart convergence to bring customer forks back onto a single supported chart
• Build structured onboarding processes to enable rapid customer deployment
• Debug across the stack including Temporal workflows, Kubernetes init ordering, storage backends, and auth-refresh pipelines
• Manage the security surface through CVE triage, patching, and RCAs
• Co-own per-customer tool patching with the platform team
• Dogfood Composio on internal deployment and support workflows

Requirements

• Experience with core infrastructure engineering in uncontrolled environments (on-prem, VPC, air-gapped)
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Helm (chart authoring, multi-environment releases)
• Experience building with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong understanding of Linux and deep stack debugging
• Ability to manage fleet-wide version skew, upgrade waves, and rollback paths

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Temporal, Postgres, or cloud secret managers (GCP/AWS)
• Experience with Replicated, KOTS, or airgap bundles
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2
• Major open source contributions
