Deployed Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts to help customers adopt and expand OpenAI products
• Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, engineering leaders, and C-level executives
• Partner with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to drive successful implementations
• Translate customer needs and technical blockers into clear product feedback for internal teams
• Work hands-on with integrations, MCPs, and tooling to unblock accounts
• Own lightweight PM work for enterprise deployment and hand off insights to core product teams

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency and comfort working directly with engineers
• Strong product instincts for identifying and translating customer needs into opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to present product strategy and deployment vision to senior audiences
• Comfort operating across strategy, execution, and hands-on problem solving
• Bias toward action, ownership, and unblocking
