About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and monitor user accounts across enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, and Box.
- Coordinate ID Card Office duties, including processing new hires, alumni, and family members, capturing photos, and managing inventory.
- Provide mobile and digital support for mobileID activation and phone app management.
- Manage access requests for doors and support departments with schedule maintenance.
- Perform financial operations including billing reconcilements for ObieBuy and Obie Dollar deposits and preparing audit reports.
- Handle administrative logistics such as student scheduling, office operations, and hardware inventory/staging.
Requirements
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, or para-professional experience.
- Keyboarding speed of at least 50 wpm with a high emphasis on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and above-average computer literacy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Ability to analyze information and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Experience planning and organizing work procedures and assembling resources.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
