Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience
• Manage visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure team promotes Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions and returns
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness to provide product knowledge to customers
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team and provide feedback to colleagues
• Secure a clean sales floor, stockroom, and back of house areas
• Manage stock levels and garment presentation from delivery to floor
• Responsible for daily opening and closing of the store
