Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals by delivering excellent customer experience
• Ensure store operations, H&M standards, and best practices are followed
• Coach and lead the team to maintain customer service standards
• Manage sales floor maintenance and process truck deliveries
• Perform opening and closing routines and ensure store security
• Assist in training and developing Sales Advisors
• Communicate business performance and company culture to the team

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of transferable experience
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills including browser navigation and data entry
• Ability to climb ladders and use step stools
