Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals through strong department execution
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and promote products
• Maintain visual, commercial, and stockroom standards
• Coach team members, share feedback, and support daily communication
• Manage fitting room, checkout, returns, exchanges, and admin routines
• Keep the sales floor, back of house, and stockroom clean and organized
• Follow store procedures, legal requirements, and opening/closing routines
