About the role
Responsibilities
- Support sales and profit goals through strong department execution
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and promote products
- Maintain visual, commercial, and stockroom standards
- Coach team members, share feedback, and support daily communication
- Manage fitting room, checkout, returns, exchanges, and admin routines
- Keep the sales floor, back of house, and stockroom clean and organized
- Follow store procedures, legal requirements, and opening/closing routines
