Responsibilities
- Support sales and profit goals through strong department execution
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the department and store
- Maintain visual and commercial standards, including product presentation and price signs
- Coach and support team members on customer service, routines, and store procedures
- Oversee fitting room, checkout, stockroom, and back-of-house routines
- Help manage opening and closing duties and daily store operations
