Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals through strong department execution
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the department and store
• Maintain visual and commercial standards, including product presentation and price signs
• Coach and support team members on customer service, routines, and store procedures
• Oversee fitting room, checkout, stockroom, and back-of-house routines
• Help manage opening and closing duties and daily store operations
