About the role
Responsibilities
- Support sales and profit goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing department operations
- Ensure visual and commercial curation follows global guidelines and maintain high fashion quality on the sales floor
- Lead and motivate the team through regular communication, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Manage retail operations including stock levels, garment cycles, fitting room routines, and checkout procedures
- Oversee administrative routines for both people and operations, including opening and closing the store
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activity to provide relevant product knowledge to customers
Requirements
- Experience as an emerging leader who enjoys taking responsibility
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to find solutions and manage statistics/numbers
- Achievement-oriented and motivated by performance and customer-centricity
