Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing department operations
• Ensure visual and commercial curation follows global guidelines and maintain high fashion quality on the sales floor
• Lead and motivate the team through regular communication, feedback, and knowledge sharing
• Manage retail operations including stock levels, garment cycles, fitting room routines, and checkout procedures
• Oversee administrative routines for both people and operations, including opening and closing the store
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activity to provide relevant product knowledge to customers

Requirements

• Experience as an emerging leader who enjoys taking responsibility
• Strong, effective communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to find solutions and manage statistics/numbers
• Achievement-oriented and motivated by performance and customer-centricity
