Responsibilities

• Manage the ultra-fresh department focusing on fruit and vegetables
• Ensure attractive, clear, and fresh product presentation
• Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and availability
• Oversee goods, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate and develop the team while setting clear goals
• Make responsible decisions and lead by example

Requirements

• Professional experience in gastronomy or food retail
• Previous leadership experience or ambition to move into a leadership role
• Proficiency in German
• Strong focus on quality and economic efficiency
• Customer-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
