About the role
Responsibilities
- Support visual and commercial presentation to ensure a great shopping experience
- Analyze sales and budget goals alongside experienced leaders to develop optimization measures
- Assist with task and personnel planning and organization of operational processes
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and regular feedback sessions
- Manage store routines including sales floor, warehouse, cash desks, and fitting rooms
