Department Manager-Residential Install

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Residential Install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments
• Review workload and manpower to ensure cost-effective execution
• Ensure projects are completed timely, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial and operational reports to develop improvement action plans
• Improve field force performance through regular performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience preferred
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within equipment service or installation industries
• Ability to manage and develop skilled field technicians and office personnel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor's degree preferred
