Department Manager - Repair & Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure and check timely execution of obligations of contractors with sufficient level of quality
• Provide immediate response to contractors in relation to poor quality of services
• Ensure presence of necessary spare parts for maintenance works
• Acceptance of work performance by contractors and signing of acceptance acts / Service Entry Sheets
• Make regular building inspections and provide information about demand for new services in a timely manner
• Monitoring and implementing of local building code requirements for the property
• Implementation and maintenance of fire safety and industrial safety procedures in the store
• Review of energy management information and appropriate action to minimize energy consumption
• Preparation of all energy management reports
• Ensure presence of engineering documentation necessary for normal building operations and service contracts

Requirements

• Bachelors or Intermediate degree
• 6 years of relevant experience
