Department Manager Outpatient Care/Nursing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct nursing documentation
• Manage and request medical prescriptions
• Design and optimize staff rosters
• Conduct home visits to ensure high quality of care
• Responsible for efficient tour planning for optimal resource use

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or equivalent degree
• At least one year of experience in outpatient care
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong advisory competencies
• Proficient IT skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathic attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and quick comprehension
