About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store growth.
- Manage store functions, including staffing, recruiting, assessing, and onboarding new teammates.
- Drive business results and critical metrics such as sales, budgeting, and people management.
- Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities.
- Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
- Implement service principles and represent the global culture of sport and the NIKE brand.
Requirements
- Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
- One year of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
- Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
