About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage store business results and critical metrics, including sales, budgeting, and planning.
- Oversee the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
- Recruit, assess, and onboard new teammates to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities.
- Implement service principles and represent the global culture of sport and the NIKE brand.
Requirements
- Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
- One year of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
- Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.
- Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
