Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to ensure all store functions run seamlessly
• Recruit, assess, and onboard new teammates to maintain optimal staffing
• Drive business results and critical metrics, including sales, budgeting, and planning
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
• Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily roles
• Implement service principles to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• One year of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays
