Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily department rounds and assign tasks to store staff
• Manage expiry checks, stock correction, and FIFO compliance
• Oversee signage, railcards, and price checks
• Coordinate with ALC EDP for barcode generation and printing
• Handle repacking, internal consumption, and quality checking
• Manage customer relations and staff training
• Update staff rosters and work on daily QA and inventory reports
• Supervise staff performance and monitor task execution
• Manage receiving, ordering, returns, and system entry verification
• Communicate with Head Office and Store Management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar or relevant field
