Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the professional management of dry goods, chemicals, and non-food items regarding customer service, stock management, and delivery
• Perform operational and functional tasks including internal goods movement and professional storage
• Coordinate and actively participate in store opening and closing procedures and store duty
• Maintain relationships with external service providers and represent the company during official inspections
• Optimize waste management and ensure compliance with labor and fire safety regulations
• Manage staff scheduling and working hours for the assigned area

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Customer orientation
• Leadership skills and professional conduct
• Flexible approach to work and daily problem-solving
• Accuracy and precision
• Forklift license is an advantage
