Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for your perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage and mobilize your team using a coach-manager posture to reach objectives and develop skills
• Define strategy, implement action plans, and monitor performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area for your specific department
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships
