Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team using a coach-manager approach to reach objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement strategic action plans to optimize economic results
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and assortment within the assigned department
• Ensure high-quality shopping experiences and identify client needs
• Organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships
