Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize the team using a coach-manager approach to reach objectives and develop skills
• Act as a liaison between different services
• Define strategy, implement action plans, and monitor performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and ensure the proper maintenance of the department
• Drive sales by proposing assortments and animating the sales area
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Teamwork orientation and interpersonal skills
• Field-oriented mindset with a desire to be hands-on
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
