Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize the team to achieve common objectives
• Contribute to the prioritization of employee development axes
• Promote omnichannel offers, products, and services to drive sales
• Propose merchandising improvements to highlight assortments
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and welcome new clients
• Supervise sales floor animation and customer events
• Communicate the target vision and involve teams in activity management
• Supervise shelf maintenance and product availability

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce or Distribution
• Ability to work in an apprenticeship (alternance) format
