About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the meat department independently, including personnel planning and team development
- Provide expert consultation and service to gastronomy and wholesale customers
- Manage the entire product flow from ordering and presentation to sales
- Monitor costs and revenue development within the department
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or meat craftsmanship (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, Butcher, or Meat Specialist)
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Experience in retail and passion for meat products
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Organizational talent and ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work in a two-shift system
