Responsibilities
- Deliver budgeted sales and review brand performance to enhance commercial decisions
- Create a customer-centric culture and maintain host store/concession relationships
- Train, coach, and develop the team to forge and maintain client relationships
- Recruit new team members and manage staff scheduling for maximum floor coverage
- Oversee daily operations including hygiene ceremonies, opening/closing standards, and stock room management
- Manage KPIs including sales targets, mystery shopper scores, productivity, and client book sales
Requirements
- Currently working as a Senior Manager within a high-turnover business
- Experience managing large teams
- Prior history of P&L accountability and driving bottom line contribution
- Proven ability to drive performance through people
- Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand (luxury experience preferred)
- Excellent relationship-building skills
