About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the team on a daily basis
- Organize work and task distribution to manage customer flow
- Participate in organizing the goods collection service and stock management
- Welcome, assist, and provide information to customers based on their needs
- Assist in order preparation and handling returns
- Assist with loading goods
- Manage operational dysfunctions
Requirements
- Successful first experience in team leadership within a logistics service
- Experience in supply chain management
- CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications
- Strong sense of customer service and team spirit
