Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources
  • Ensure tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees are executed and that they have the necessary support
  • Ensure the quality of customer service in the branch
  • Supervise the choice of products on display and ensure the maintenance of order in the aisles
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to increase sales and keep up to date with bestsellers and new arrivals

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC)
  • 3 years of experience as a team leader, manager, or assistant manager in a retail context
  • Knowledge of the musical instrument field (mandatory) and the cultural field
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Sales aptitude and orientation towards customers, results, and action
