About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to create an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Ensure excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues
- Analyze sales and budget goals to create plans for optimizing results and profits
- Manage department costs and ensure correct administrative routines for people and operations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team development
