Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to create an inclusive and collaborative culture
• Manage department sales, budget goals, and commercial opportunities
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and customer service standards
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team development
• Manage department costs, scheduling, and administrative routines
• Maintain stock levels and ensure high-quality garment presentation
• Handle store opening and closing procedures
