Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational standards
- Manage department performance by analyzing sales, identifying opportunities, and setting action plans
- Oversee team scheduling and manage store opening and closing routines
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members while fostering an inclusive culture
