Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to deliver strong customer, sales, and profit results
• Oversee visual and commercial execution, stock levels, and store presentation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, scheduling, and team development
• Ensure fitting room, checkout, admin, and store routines are completed correctly
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain operational standards
