Responsibilities

• Lead and support the department team to deliver an inclusive, high-performing store culture
• Drive customer experience, sales, profit, and budget goals
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock levels, and product presentation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, scheduling, and development
• Ensure store routines, admin tasks, opening/closing, and compliance are completed correctly
