Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve exceptional customer experiences and maintain operational and visual standards
• Take responsibility for department profitability, analyzing sales performance and identifying commercial opportunities
• Manage team planning, scheduling, and store opening/closing routines
• Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering an inclusive culture
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings
• Promote the loyalty program and ensure a complete OMNI customer experience
