Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, budgets, and commercial opportunities to optimize results
• Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation, and garment care
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, scheduling, and development
• Maintain store operations, stockroom standards, and opening/closing routines
